Last July 28, 2017, the Junior High school department of Asian College of Technology celebrated Nutrition Month. It is the day where we, Asianistas, gather and practice healthy lifestyle together. Every year, the theme for our culminating activity is different. Last year's theme was 'First 1000 Days ni Baby, Pahalagahan para sa Malusog na Kinabukasan' and this year's theme is 'Healthy Diet, Gawing Habit- For Life! The theme is to help inform, not only the students but also everyone else to apply healthy diet to have a healthy life. Our celebration consists of different activities like: *Nutri-Walk and Yell Preparation for the nutri-walk Students presenting their yell We officially started the day with our Nutri-Walk around the school, wearing our visor.
