August 9, 2016 10:25 pm My mom and I Today is the most hectic day I've ever experienced. Why? Well tomorrow, we will be having a test in our Social Studies, we will also have a quiz bowl in Science that serves as a review and the deadline for our research paper. Its quite tiring actually since I am encoding my research paper while writing this Journal Entry. My sister has been bugging me and bossing me around, not only her but also my beloved mother. I could understand my mother but my sister? Come on! You're not the only one who have an assignment big sis. So with that, I finished my research paper late and I haven't got the chance to study for my tests, poor me. I don't know if I will still get good grades with this happening to me. August 8, 2016 Monday 7:08 pm Tonight is a school night so I'm just gonna do my best to finish my assignments before 10:30 pm which I am so sure that I would fail on my attempt. So I actually ate my dinner before writing my sixth entry and while writing this I am going to encode my Science Research paper, so I'm multi-tasking. Awesome! As usual, today was very busy and stressful not to mention my legs are killing me! August 7, 2016 Sunday 8:53 pm The shrine of Mama Mary at the Lourdes Parish Sunday is also known as the Sabbath Day for everyone or in our term, its "family bond day". This day is special for us because this is the only day we get to be together in one place which the church. Today is just like any Sundays, we participated a 4:00 mass in the afternoon at the place where my siblings and I learned how to write, to communicate, to play with other kids, to rhyme and to love God and our parents with all our hearts, Lourdes Kindergarten School or Lourdes Parish. Together we listened to the priest and prayed to God for blessings, guidance and forgiveness. After the mass we went to the mall to buy groceries. August 6, 2016 Saturday 1:36 pm Today is already Saturday and right now I'm reading a book while doing this on a rainy afternoon. Today is my "me time", it is where I spend my time with myself and in this time it is where I can finish my assignments peacefully or sit back and relax and read a book like what I'm doing right now. August 4, 2016 Thursday 11:51 pm (Two) Its already late but I'm still wide awake and is now writing another entry. So I came home late, of course with my family, because of a meeting and apparently my dad unable to fetch us early, as always. When we arrived the first thing I did was grab my bags and do my homework to finish early but failed, unfortunately. I think it's because of some misunderstandings between my father and also my mother. Even though my father and I are close, we tend to fight, always. I guess that's how our bond strengthened. August 3, 2016 Wednesday 8:51 Today is not the usual school day I am used to except the assignments and stress. Well, I'm a student after all, that's what we do. We go to school and learn but what's different about today than any other day is that today is the birthday of our school's co-founder, also known as, "Mother of ACT", ma'am Viannie. We celebrated her day by giving her a surprise where all of us students, including senior high students, gathered in one place just to celebrate it and that's when I realized that Asian College of Technology is a big family that i would treasure. Not only that, we transferred to different classrooms thus making us exhausted and weak but nonetheless we had fun. Its true when you say that learning is more fun when you're with your friends. I know I can see myself struggling, so as everyone, when there is no technology, though it has also its good effects. The disadvantage of not having technology in our life is that we would all suffer the merciless heat coming from the sun that will slowly burn us. We would also experience the icy touch of the breeze that creeps on our shivering skin at night in our sleep. This will surely cease us from doing things that needs to be done. I, undoubtedly, know that we couldn't last because technology has become an importance to our life, with or without us knowing. It is indeed a great struggle and hassle without technology. We would be living in darkness and adversity. We couldn't go or visit a place without walking thousands of miles and tasting the cruelty of exhaustion and pain. We would suffer illness and death due to lack of medicine. It is indeed a cruel world we are living in but if this happens to us its even worse than living in reality.
